About Jessica
Jessica Palmer (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who is dedicated to helping students navigate the challenges of interpersonal relationships, transitions, and academic demands.
Jessica has experience with working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of life challenges included but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. Jessica’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and culturally curious. She is passionate about normalizing the need for therapy and the importance of mental health in the black community.
When she is not helping students Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach or sitting around the fire pit, listening to podcasts, drinking a good cup of coffee, walking nature trails, and watching psychological thrillers.
