Undergraduate Students

Whether you're still in high school or are transferring from another college, we offer full- and part-time opportunities for undergraduates from inside the U.S. and abroad. Undergraduate Student Type

  • Full-Time Undergraduates (U.S. Citizens)

    Choose this option if you are currently in high school and do not have a high school diploma or GED certificate and are interested in attending the University of New Haven as a full-time student, OR if you have graduated with a high school diploma or GED and have not attended an accredited college or university and are interested in attending as a full-time student.

    Full-Time Undergraduate students who are U.S. Citizens will apply to the University of New Haven via the Common Application. Click the "Start My Application" button to get started.

  • Full- or Part-Time Transfer Undergraduates (U.S. Citizens)

    Choose this option if you have taken college courses from a regionally-accredited college or university since graduating from high school or receiving a GED and are interested in transferring to the University of New Haven as a full-time student.

    Or, if you have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited college and are interested in earning a Bachelor's degree as a full-time student.

    Or, you already have a college degree and are interested in attending full-time to pursue an undergraduate degree.

  • Part-Time Non-Transfer Undergraduates (U.S. Citizens)

    Choose this option if you are a student who has already earned a high school diploma or GED and are interested in attending as a part-time student to earn an associate's degree, bachelor's degree or undergraduate certificate. Or, if you are a student interested in attending part-time as a visiting or non-degree student.

  • Part-Time Undergraduates for Summer Session Courses (U.S. Citizens)

    Choose this option if you are interested in taking courses part-time during any of our summer terms.

  • Full-Time International Undergraduates (Not U.S. Citizens)

    Choose this option if you are not a U.S. citizen and you are seeking a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, with full-time study in the United States.

  • Part-Time International Undergraduates (Not U.S. Citizens)

    Choose this option if you are not a U.S. citizen and you are seeking a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, with part-time study in the United States.

Online Degree Programs

Can't come to campus? With these online degree programs, you can set your own class time and place. Courses are eight weeks long and there are six start dates per year.     Students who wish to pursue an online Master's degree program should use this application. Online Master's degree programs currently being offered are: M.S. in Criminal Justice, M.S. in Emergency Management, M.S. in Environmental Engineering and M.S. in Investigations.
