    Come celebrate the the first Charger Pride Friday of the semester with a campus-wide BBQ!

    Get to know all of the great programs offered by ChargerREC from the students that run them! Hear from Club Sport teams, Personal Trainers, Intramural staff, and more while participating in some REC events!

    8 - 10 p.m. Nick & Joe’s Found Footage Festival 

    In the Found Footage Festival, comedians Joe Pickett (The Onion) and Nick Prueher (Late Show with David Letterman) present a hilarious guided tour through their unbelievable VHS collection. As featured on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Tosh.0, TruTV, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Joe and Nick resurrect these forgotten video treasures and serve them up in the funniest, most jaw-dropping show on the college circuit. The FFF was founded in New York City in 2004 and has gone on to sell out hundreds of shows around the world, including the HBO Comedy Festival, Just For Laughs, and Bonnaroo.

    10 a.m. Trip to Six Flags New England 

    Check out the excitement and attractions at Six Flags New England! Bus will depart campus (location to be announced) promptly at 10am (please arrive by 9:30am), and will leave Six Flags at 7pm. Students attending must be fully vaccinated to attend. RSVP is required as seats are limited.

    12 p.m. Downtown New Haven shuttle 
    Check out all Downtown New Haven has to offer- ride our shuttle bus starting at 12pm (noon) to the New Haven Green. Last trip back to campus departs the New Haven Green at 6pm. All students must be fully vaccinated to participate in off-campus travel and events. RSVP is not required.

    Spend time at one of the state's top indoor adventure parks in Danbury, CT! Bus will depart campus (location to be announced) promptly at 5:30pm (please arrive by 5pm), and will leave Xtreme Play at 10pm. Students attending must be fully vaccinated to attend. RSVP is required as seats are limited.

    Watch the New York Mets take on the Washington Nationals at Citi Field! Bus will depart campus (location to be announced) promptly at 10am (please arrive by 9:30am), and will leave Citi Field at 5:30pm. Students attending must be fully vaccinated to attend. RSVP is required as seats are limited.

    10 a.m. Trip to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village 

    Visit one of the nation's leading aquariums and home to Beluga whales, African penguins, and Steller sea lions. After touring the Aquarium, you can enjoy shops and restaurants in Historic Old Mystic Village on your own! Bus will depart campus (location to be announced) promptly at 10am (please arrive by 9:30am), and will leave Mystic Aquarium at 5pm. Students attending must be fully vaccinated to attend.

    Join the CAPS team for a relaxing afternoon of meditation and reflection at Seabluff Beach! Bus will depart campus (location to be announced) promptly at 3:30pm (please arrive by 3pm), and will leave Seabluff Beach at 7pm. Students attending must be fully vaccinated to attend.

    Join us for an outdoor movie night to watch Soul !
    Joe is a middle-school band teacher whose life hasn't quite gone the way he expected. His true passion is jazz -and he's good. But when he travels to another realm to help someone find their passion, he soon discovers what it means to have soul.
