About Momina

Momina is a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) who graduated with her MSW from Fairfield University in 2021. She has previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum, children with cancer and end of life patients. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and family dynamics. She is passionate about helping others and working collaboratively to solve problems. Momina aims to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for the students that she meets with. Her therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered. Momina is supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. Momina enjoys bringing humor into sessions with her clients. In her free time, she enjoys baking, being in nature, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
