Tomorrow evening, April 25, from 6:30 -9:30 p.m., there will be an Opening Reception for BREAKING AWAY, a new exhibition featuring the artwork of 13 Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts seniors at Six Summit Gallery, 6 Summit St., Ivoryton, CT 06442.

The exhibition runs from April 19 through May 3.
Seniors featured in the exhibition are Magdalena Pawlowski, Irene Bednarczyk, Erik Peterson, Anne Shaffer, Hayley Ashkenas, Christopher O’Flaherty, Christina Achorn, Emily Bridge, Richard Ehler, Ashley Vivenzio, Renee Schmitt, Owen Smith and Sean Anetsberger, whose work is shown below.

University of New Haven DHSc graduate Nevila Bardhi ’26 DHSc, MPH achieved two major milestones as her doctoral research on mercury-exposure screening was published in Public Health Reports, and it was selected for presentation at the 2026 American Public Health Association Annual Meeting.
