Katherine Blair Sullivan is a technology and business leader bringing three decades of experience in enterprise technology and sales. She is the Founder and Technology Advisor of Integrated Tech Solutions, where she works across a broad ecosystem of partners to connect enterprise and mid-market leaders with the right solutions — helping them leverage advanced technologies, connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital infrastructure to accelerate growth and improve operational performance. Before launching her firm, she spent 15 years at Verizon Business Group in senior sales leadership roles, most recently as Associate Director, leading enterprise sales teams that helped clients advance digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Across her career, Katherine has developed expertise in enterprise technology sales, strategic partnerships, managed services, and customer success. She works closely with business leaders across industries to align technology investments with operational and business objectives, helping organizations navigate increasingly complex digital environments.

Katherine has strengthened her Industry 4.0 expertise by completing professional studies through MIT Professional Education, focusing on technology roadmapping, digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing innovation. Her work combines a strong understanding of technology trends with a practical business perspective, enabling organizations to implement transformative solutions that drive measurable results.
