Eric D. Stone is the Founder and CEO of Clear Path Ventures, a four-time award-winning author, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist whose work focuses on helping organizations create exceptional workplace cultures, develop high-performing teams, and strengthen organizational performance. Through Clear Path Ventures, he partners with organizations and individuals to create a clear path to success through organizational development, executive coaching, and practical leadership guidance.
Before founding Clear Path Ventures, Eric spent more than 26 years with Enterprise Holdings, one of the world's largest privately held companies, where he served in executive leadership roles and built a reputation for developing leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and leading through growth, change, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he successfully guided teams through major business disruptions while maintaining employee engagement, accountability, and performance.
Eric is the author of Jumpstart Your Workplace Culture: A Road Map for Igniting High Performance, a practical guide that helps leaders create workplaces where people choose to join, grow, stay, perform, and become ambassadors for their organizations. His work emphasizes creating cultures that are intentional, measurable, and reinforced through the everyday actions of leaders.
