About Brittany

Growing up in athletics, Brittany developed a love for movement. This passion was the driving force for Brittany to obtain her bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. After obtaining her degree, Brittany worked as a personal trainer where she noticed countless clients struggling with unhealthy relationships with food and exercise. Her combined knowledge developed through life experiences and education drew her to the clinical field where she now works as the Facility Manager at the Center for Discovery PHP/ IOP. In 2015, Brittany graduated with her Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Haven. These experiences helped her to develop a holistic approach to mind/body wellness; later deciding to become an Embody Dance Instructor. Brittany is also trained in Level 1 Reiki and is certified as an Eating Psychology Coach and EMBODY instructor.
