About Michael
Michael Rocheleau is a seasoned manufacturing executive, strategic leader, and champion for Connecticut’s advanced manufacturing industry. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PTA Plastics, he has helped guide the growth and evolution of a custom injection molding company serving the medical device, defense, security, industrial, and technology sectors.
With more than three decades of executive leadership experience, Michael brings expertise in strategic planning, operations management, financial leadership, business development, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation. He combines financial discipline with operational excellence to help organizations scale, innovate, and compete.
Michael has served in leadership roles with ManufactureCT, serves on the Board of the Manufacturing Innovation Fund, and advocates for initiatives that strengthen Connecticut manufacturers through workforce development, innovation adoption, and industry collaboration.
As an Executive in Residence, Michael shares real-world insight on manufacturing leadership, financial strategy, operational excellence, and business growth. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of New Haven.
