K. Oni Chukwu is Managing Director of Frontiers Acquisitions, a technology investor.

Mr. Chukwu is an accomplished technology industry executive and entrepreneur and the Managing Director of Frontiers Acquisitions, a technology investor. Most recently, Mr. Chukwu was the Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Aventri, a leader in cloud-based enterprise event management software for global businesses. From 2013 through January 2020, Mr. Chukwu was Chief Executive Officer of Aventri. Mr. Chukwu is a member of the board of directors of PAYA, a leading Fintech provider of payments and frictionless commerce solutions, and Invatron, the global leader in enterprise software for fresh produce management. He is also chair of ExagoBI, a leading provider of enterprise embedded SaaS business intelligence software. In addition, Mr. Chukwu is a board member of OPUS, a leading brand events and marketing technology agency, as well as UK-based Pole Star Space Application, a leading enterprise maritime software provider.

Community Service

Through the AfricaPlan Foundation, his family foundation, Mr. Chukwu actively supports underprivileged youth and women's issues globally in the areas of education, healthcare and leadership development. The organization also provides financial support to budding entrepreneurs. Mr. Chukwu sits on the board of CT-based DOMUS, an organization for at-risk youth, and on the board of the Connecticut Technology Council. He was appointed by Governor Lamont in April 2020 as head of the Business Taskforce on Reopen Connecticut, to help lead the development of a framework to bring business back during and after the COVID pandemic. He joined the University of New Haven's Board of Governors in 2007.

Education

Mr. Chukwu holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, and the University awarded him an honorary Doctor of Business Administration in 2015.
