Introduction
From principles established in the U.S. Constitution to regulation of the food we eat, law permeates our society. With the globalization of the economy, law and regulation have become increasingly important to business. New forms of dispute resolution are being developed in government, business, and industry as alternatives to the courtroom. Legal policy will increasingly shape our future.
The University of New Haven's Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences has developed the unique and exciting undergraduate degree program in legal studies to prepare its graduates to be part of that future—and to help shape it.
