The Health Services office is the primary provider of on-campus medical care in cases of student illness
or injury. Health Services is also responsible for educational health programs, including a
weekly Women's Services Clinic provides assistance and information about gynecological
care. Health Services is located in the Nicholson Health Center, on the ground floor in Sheffield Hall.

Submitting Forms and Information, Securely
To upload medical and immunization forms, and COVID-19 test results for early arrivals, the University of New Haven is utilizing CoVerified, a HIPAA-compliant service to ensure that all sensitive patient information is protected as per the standards set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

Walk-ins for non-urgent care may experience a significant delay. Health Services
seeks to provide care for everyone in a timely manner. Please note that the office
must prioritize student visits based on the severity and urgency of the illness or
injury.
