Welcome to the University of New Haven.

I relocated to the United States after spending more than 30 years in policing in the United Kingdom, the last twelve years of which were at the rank of chief superintendent of police.

During my career, I have been afforded many opportunities, such as running the Devon and Cornwall Police College, creating a communications center, reorganizing a major police department, as well as being appointed as a senior police adviser to the Home Office Police Department’s Office of Science and Technology in London.

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work extensively with overseas police departments in Europe, Asia and Africa, and the Americas, and I am greatly honored to have been asked to lead our team at OICJS.

I look forward to sharing my experiences with you and your departments.
