Our Admissions Staff is committed to a personal approach to your admission process. That is why we offer a number of unique opportunities for students to interview with a member of our staff.
On-Campus Interviews
The University of New Haven offers a very personalized admissions process, and while an interview is not required, it is certainly recommended and welcomed. Our interviews are informational and allow you to meet one-on-one with a member of our admissions staff and have all of your questions answered.
A personal interview is a great way for us to get to know you as a person and for you to get to know us. Interviews are available on campus Monday – Saturday at several times throughout the day. You can even schedule an interview while you visit for one of our information sessions and campus tours.

Regional Interviews
We believe in a very personalized admissions process at the University of New Haven and want to get to know you. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to visit our campus for a tour, interview, or information session. These visits will give you an opportunity to learn all about our programs and help you to determine if UNH is a good place for you. However, if you are not able to visit campus yet, we are conducting a series of Regional Interviews throughout the country to better assist you in your college selection process.
At these events, you will not only have the chance to interview one-on-one with a member of our admissions staff but you will also be able to find out more about the University of New Haven and have all of your questions answered. Parents and/or family members are welcome to attend as well.
We look forward to working with you throughout the admissions process and hope to see you on campus soon.
Regional Interviews have concluded for students interested in Fall 2010 admission. If you would like to interview and do not have the means to visit campus; consider a webcam or telephone interview (below).

Telephone Interviews
When an on-campus or regional interview is not convenient, we also offer prospective students the opportunity to interview with an Admissions Counselor over the telephone.

Web Interviews
For students who live far from campus and are unable to make it to a regional interview, but want a more face-to-face experience than a phone interview, we are happy to offer the opportunity to participate in a web interview with one of our Admissions Counselors.
Please note that a webcam is required for web interviews. Our staff uses Skype , AOL Instant Messenger , or iChat (the default instant messaging software on a Mac).
