Spaces within the Beckerman Center are available for reservation by students, faculty/staff, and outside groups. Student groups may reserve sections of the facility at no cost however approval will be based on availability and reservations during peak open usage times may be denied.
In order for your event to be considered, you must submit a request via EMS.
EMS is a web-based program available to all @newhaven.edu accounts, including faculty, staff and student clubs and organizations. The system allows you to create a new account using your current network ID. Once an account is approved, users can easily view all campus spaces, submit requests for space, and request support services. Members of the campus community can access EMS on or off campus from the insideUNH portal.

Equipment is also available for rental, to reserve equipment for an event - you must complete an Equipment reservation form available at our front desk.
