University of New Haven’s MBA Program Ranked Among the Best in U.S.

The University of New Haven’s MBA program is one of only three in Connecticut featured in the latest QS Global MBA Rankings, coming in at No. 100 nationally and No. 301 globally.

The University of New Haven’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program has been ranked No. 100 in the United States and No. 301 globally in the latest QS Global MBA Rankings, adding to a growing list of national recognitions for the University and its signature academic programs.

The University of New Haven is tied for No. 2 among MBA programs in Connecticut, alongside Fairfield University. The University of Connecticut is ranked No. 73. No other Connecticut MBA programs are included among the programs ranked by QS.

The global recognition of its MBA program follows the University’s recent inclusion for the first time in U.S. News & World Report’s National Universities category, where the University was ranked No. 276 in the U.S. in the publication’s latest Best Colleges rankings. The elevation to the national category in the U.S. News rankings comes after more than a decade in its regional universities, north, rankings. Together, these outstanding recognitions exhibit the growing national profile of the University and its career-focused academic programs.

The QS World University Rankings is the world’s most read university ranking. QS evaluates more than1,500 institutions globally using  measures such as employability, thought leadership, and return on investment as well as academic and employer reputation surveys.

The University of New Haven’s MBA is offered through its Pompea College of Business, an AACSB-accredited business school that emphasizes experiential learning, technology, innovation, and career preparation. The Pompea College has long been at the forefront of offering STEM-designated business programs that equip students with technical skills while providing opportunities to apply classroom learning through internships, consulting projects, investment initiatives, entrepreneurship programs, and additional real-world experiences.

The University recently broke ground on Martin Family Hall, a new 50,000-square-foot, four-story, donor-funded on-campus home for the Pompea College. The facility will feature advanced learning environments, including an AI, Business Analytics & Financial Trading Room, executive boardroom, sales institute, and business pitch classroom, further expanding opportunities for experiential and applied learning.
