Professor Allen Sack of the College of Business co-authored a report challenging the NCAA’s definition of amateurism in response to an ongoing lawsuit filed by former UCLA basketball player Ed O’Bannon and others. O'Bannon claims they deserve some of the revenue the NCAA collects by marketing and selling video games, television rights and licensing fees for their performance, photos and images.
