About Me

Over several years as a faculty member, I have taught and lectured at in China, at Linyi University, in Lithuania and Tbilisi, Georgia. Globalization has now emerged as a major topic of research in management. Moreover, although globalization is sometimes seen primarily in economic terms, there is considerable agreement in scholarly circles that globalization needs to be understood as a multi-dimensional phenomenon, involving not only economic aspects but also cultural, demographic, political/geo-political, environmental, technological, and other considerations. The focus of globalization over the past years has been accompanied also by the growing importance of the knowledge industry. Much of my scholarly research and publication activity has been in the global field. My sabbatical research will focus upon certain aspects of management and corporate performance in a rapidly integrating global economy.

This focus of Globalization has long formed an important part of my research agenda. My forthcoming contributions I have been invited to prestigious Universities around the world to share and develop my work.
