    Mr. Clark served as an FBI Special Agent for 22 years. During his career he conducted and managed numerous complex white collar crime investigations involving fraud, financial crimes, and public corruption matters. He supervised the Special Operation's Group at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was an instructor on financial crimes and ethics in law enforcement at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest, Hungary; and has earned numerous awards and commendations, most notably the United State's Attorney Award for Investigative Excellence.
    Since his retirement from the FBI, Mr. Clark has worked as the manager of investigations and security for Otis Elevator, a division of United Technologies Corporation.
    Mr. Clark's professional memberships include the Associative of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, the FBI Agents Association, ASIS International, Infraguard and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
