Turn your love for video games into the skills to create your own with our Game Development Academy. We’re offering an intensive camp to help high-school students of all experience levels learn about different aspects of video game development. Throughout the camp, students will learn and integrate every aspect required to turn their ideas into reality. Students will have the opportunity to learn from a variety of industry professionals in various subjects and get a closer look at career opportunities across this diverse field.

Students will:

  • Learn the basics of game programming and architecture.
  • Experience a variety of other areas within game development: art, music, design, storytelling, and marketing.
  • Work individually and in teams to create a playable game demo in just one week.
  • Broaden their perspective from playing games to what goes into creating them.
Requirements

Students must be completing grade 9-12, in the 2026-2027 academic year. Some programming experience is recommended but not required.
