About Kate
Kate Costello has been involved in the food and party industry for three decades in a variety of capacities from catering to booking entertainment to restaurant cooking. She co-owned a balloon and singing telegram company, GiggleGrams, and provided decorations and entertainment for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and Bar Mitzvahs for individuals and singers and actors for corporate clients including Sears, Macy's, and McDonalds. Later she owned and operated a catering and private chef business called Nectar & Ambrosia Catering, LLC where she prepared unique food for occasions both large and small. She is currently studying food anthropology and is learning colonial hearth cooking.
