About Isabel
Isabel Cruz serves as the Operations and Engagement Coordinator where she helps strengthen the day-to-day operations and engagement activities supporting our corporate partnerships, The Elevation Center, and related initiatives. Isabel brings a background in higher education administration, operations, and project coordination, with a passion for creating organized, collaborative, and engaging environments. Prior to her current role, she served as an Academic Support Assistant in Yale University’s Chemistry Department, where she coordinated complex academic and administrative activities while working closely with faculty, students, and university leadership. Previously, Isabel served as a Facilities Coordinator at Post University, managing projects, vendor relationships, operational systems, and campus-wide initiatives.
Isabel holds an MBA from Post University with a concentration in Project Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Roger Williams University. Her education, paired with her experience across academic and operational settings, has strengthened her ability to manage multiple priorities, build meaningful relationships, and bring structure and follow-through to complex projects.
In her current role, Isabel brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to her work, with a strong focus on building relationships, creating connections, and keeping projects and priorities moving forward. She enjoys bringing people together, coordinating the many details behind successful initiatives, and creating an organized and welcoming experience for partners, students, faculty, and colleagues. With a natural attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, Isabel takes pride in being a dependable resource for those she works with and in helping turn ideas into well-coordinated, meaningful experiences.
