As the Fall 2023 semester comes to a close, we would like to wish all of our students the best of luck on their final exams.
We are providing this information as a resource to assist University of New Haven students and families as they navigate processes related to billing, financial aid, and registration. Important Information and Updates

Billing Information
As a reminder, tuition bills for the Spring 2024 semester and Winter Intersession are due on Monday, December 18, 2023. Students can access their tuition bill in ePay via the myCharger portal.
Outstanding Fall 2023 Balances: If you have an outstanding balance for the Fall 2023 semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the fall term (December 20, 2023). Failure to pay your remaining balance by this date may put your account in jeopardy of being transferred to our Internal Collections Department. Please contact bursar@newhaven.edu if you have any questions regarding your balance.

Last Chance to Enroll in the Spring 2024 Monthly Installment Plan (optional)
The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which allows you to spread out your payment for the spring semester over a period of months. The deadline to enroll is December 18, 2023.
Please Note: The first monthly payment was due on December 1. If you enroll now, you will be required to make your first monthly payment immediately once you are notified that your plan has been added. Further information regarding the plan can be found here.

2024-2025 FAFSA Reminder
The 2024-2025 FAFSA form is expected to be available online at www.studentaid.gov by December 31, 2023. Students will be notified via their university email once the form is available to complete. The University's priority deadline for filing the form will be announced in the coming weeks.

End of Term
Congratulations, January 2024 graduates! All your hard work has paid off! The mailing of diplomas will begin on or around January 14, 2024.
Final grades for fall 2023 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myCharger portal the first week of January.
Official transcripts will not be available until end of term processing is completed. Your transcript order will be released as soon as academic standing and a final GPA has been calculated for all students. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.
