After she graduates with her bachelor’s degree in international affairs in May, Allison Mahr ’24 will head to the Republic of Georgia with the support of a Boren National Security Fellowship. She’s excited to use the award to build her skills and, ultimately, make an impact in the post-conflict reconstruction of the region.

Brooke Cuthbertson ’24, who will be recognized as part of the University’s 2024 Commencement, envisions a therapeutic camp that would support the children of military service members. Her plan is inspired by her own childhood, as well as her interior design coursework at the University.

During her nearly 30 years in law enforcement, Lori Adams ’24 M.S. has served the San Diego Police Department in a variety of roles, from helping to solve sex crimes to investigating cold cases. She’s continuing to learn from the past through the expertise and experience of her professors and current leaders in the field as a candidate in the University’s graduate program in investigations.
