Director, Centers for Academic Success and Advising
Helena Cole graduated with an A.B. degree in History and Italian from Bryn Mawr College. She received her M.Ed in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland, and her M.A. in Humanities from Hood College. Helena started working at the University of New Haven as the Director of the Centers for Academic Success and Advising in January 2013.

Success Advisor
Lynn DeRobertis graduated with a B.S. degree in Nursing from Boston College and a M.S. in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University. Lynn has been a Student Success Advisor since 2000. Lynn supervises the Academic Peer Mentor program and focuses on sophomore student success. She also serves as the Advisor to Lamda Alpha Upsilon.
Lynn leads a team of Success Advisors to support the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences and the Pompea College of Business.

Coordinator, Academic Operations and Communications
Debra Kirouac graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of New Rochelle and is currently enrolled in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree program, with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, at the University of New Haven. While still an undergraduate, she worked abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland and studied abroad for a semester in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Debra began working as the Coordinator, Academic Operations & Communications in the Center for Student Success (CSS) in May 2022. In her role, she helps triage student academic alerts.

Ashley graduated with a B.S. degree in Legal Studies and a M.S. degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven. Ashley joined University of New Haven's Center for Student Success as a Success Advisor in December 2021. Ashley is part of a team of Success Advisors who support the College of Arts and Sciences, Pompea College of Business, and the School of Health Sciences.

Aschlee graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Anthropology and received her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University. Aschlee has been a Student Success Advisor since 2010 and also serves as the Advisor to Alpha Lambda Delta and SPECTRA.
