With Spring 2024 pre-registration underway, it is hard to believe that the fall semester is almost over.
We are providing this information as a resource to assist University of New Haven students and families as they navigate processes related to billing, financial aid, and registration. Important Information and Updates

Billing Information
Final billing statements for fall were sent out in October. If you have an outstanding balance for the fall semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the fall term (December 20, 2023). You can check the status of your student account in ePay.
Bills for the Spring 2024 semester and Winter Intersession will be available in ePay on Monday, November 20, 2023, and will be due on Monday, December 18, 2023. Students and authorized users will receive an email once their billing statement is available.

Spring 2024 Monthly Installment Plan (optional)
Are you interested in paying for the spring semester in monthly installments? The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which allows you to spread out your payment for the spring semester over a period of months. Enrollment for the Spring 2024 Monthly Installment Plan starts on November 21, 2023.
Plan Details and Features:
- Five Monthly Installments (December through April)
- $50 enrollment fee per semester
- Payments are due every 30 days on or around the first of each month. The first installment is due on December 1.
- Payments can be made in ePay each month by eCheck or credit/debit card. Convenience fees apply for credit/debit card payments.

Financial Aid Office Reminders
Is your financial aid for the Fall 2023 semester complete? The last day to apply for financial aid and/or loans for the Fall 2023 semester is Thursday, November 30.
Important Note: Financial aid paperwork and loan applications for Fall 2023 received after November 30 may not be able to be processed in time to meet the end of semester deadline.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Financial Aid Office if you need assistance.

💡 Tip of the Month
Prepare for the 2024-2025 FAFSA. As a reminder, the anticipated launch date of the 2024-2025 FAFSA will be in December 2023. Students will be notified via their University email once the form is available to complete.
How to Prepare
- If you are eligible to file a FAFSA, get a FSA ID if you or your parent(s), if dependent, do not have one yet. For parents that do not have a social security number, you will be able to create an FSA ID once the 2024-2025 FAFSA is available.
- Gather your information.
The following information may be needed to complete your FAFSA:
- FSA ID
- 2022 Tax/Income Information
- Complete your FAFSA as soon as it is available.
- Monitor your email regularly. You will be notified if further information is needed.
- Apply for outside scholarships. Resources can be found under Financial Wellness in myCharger.
