Rosa A. Mo, Ed.D., R.D.

Dr. Mo earned an Ed.D. in health education from Columbia, and her research focuses on the pathophysiology of lifestyle diseases and how dietary intervention, based on knowledge of nutritional requirements, can prevent, mitigate, or cure chronic diseases. She is an expert in food cultures from around the world, clinical dietetics, and nutritional genomics.
