James understands what it is like to live in a corporate environment, as well as working in consulting firms. He is able to bring theoretical concepts to reality, and starts all of his efforts by first building trust, in order to create organizational alignment. His strength is in his ability to listen from the perspective of the client, while making sure that leadership is actively involved with the design and implementation of an engagement, in order to reach the desired outcome.

James works with the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve great things with the proper strategy, motivation, resources and support. He is able to engage at every level of an organization and believes that true change requires input from all voices.
