We are providing this information as a resource to assist students and families with understanding the University’s online tuition billing system and the payment options available for financing your education. Get Ready for the Fall Semester

1. Access Your Tuition Bill in ePay (Fall bill is due July 13, 2020)

All billing for tuition, fees, room, and board is processed electronically through ePay, the University’s online billing and payment system.

2. Familiarize yourself with ePay

Provide your parent, guardian, or anyone you choose access to your tuition account by signing them up to be an Authorized Payer.

Sign up for Direct Deposit through ePay to have refunds deposited right to your checking or savings account.

3. Review your Payment Options

4. Follow up with the Financial Aid Office

(For students who completed or intend to complete a FAFSA)

5. Waive the University-sponsored Student Health Insurance

(For domestic full-time undergraduate students only)

All full-time undergraduate students are required to have health insurance and are automatically billed for the cost of the University-sponsored student health insurance plan. Full-time domestic undergraduate students can waive this coverage by completing an online waiver.

If you are already covered by another health insurance plan and wish to waive the University-sponsored health insurance coverage, you MUST complete the online Student Health Insurance waiver by July 31, 2020. Please note this deadline is one month earlier than in prior years.

6. Finalize your Payment by the Due Date

The University of New Haven bills for tuition, fees, and room and board charges by the semester. All bills are posted online in ePay and must be paid in full by the published due dates below.

Spring 2021 Semester
