Important Information and Updates |
|
Fall 2024 Semester Tuition Bills
As a reminder, Fall 2024 tuition bills are due on August 1, 2024. Students can access their tuition bill in ePay via the myCharger portal. Students can provide their parent/family member access to their tuition account by signing them up as an authorized user in ePay. Directions can be found here (PDF).
Students/families utilizing College Savings or 529 Plans should allow for sufficient time when requesting their funds from their plan provider. Your provider can mail your payment directly to the University to the attention of the Bursar's Office. When making your request, please be sure your provider includes the student’s name and UNH student ID number when remitting payment. The University's mailing address can be found at the bottom of this newsletter.

Financial Aid Reminders
If you applied for financial aid for the 2024-2025 academic year and your financial aid file has not been completed, your anticipated award(s) will not be reflected on your student account in ePay until you have done so.
Students can login to the My Financial Aid system to review if all awards have been accepted/declined and if all documents have been received. Please do not hesitate to contact the Financial Aid Office if you need assistance.
Loan Options
Federal and private loan options are available to assist students/families with paying their balance. Below are a few tips to assist you when applying for loans.
- Be sure to apply promptly and allow yourself enough time to complete the loan process.
- Make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions of the loan before applying.
- Minimize the number of times your credit is checked by applying for a loan for the entire academic year rather than prior to each semester.
- Students/families utilizing loans to help cover their balance must apply each academic year.
Further information regarding your loan options can be found on our website:

Monthly Installment Plan
The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which allows you to spread out your payment for the fall semester over a period of 5 months (July – November). The cost to enroll is $50 per semester. Further information regarding the plan can be found here. The deadline to enroll is August 1, 2024.
Please Note: The first monthly payment was due on July 1. If you enroll now, you will be required to make your first monthly payment immediately once you are notified that your plan has been added..

Student Health Insurance
All full-time undergraduate and full-time international students are required to have health insurance and are automatically billed for the cost of the University-sponsored student health insurance plan.
If you are a domestic full-time undergraduate student and are covered by another health insurance plan and wish to waive the University-sponsored health insurance coverage, you MUST complete the online student health insurance waiver by July 31, 2024.
The University student health insurance plan is mandatory for all full-time (undergraduate and graduate) international students and coverage cannot be waived.
