Timely Warnings

If a situation arises, either on or off campus, that, in the judgment of the Chief of University Police, constitutes an ongoing or continuing threat, a Crime Alert will be issued via the UNH e-mail system.

Campus Alert Text System

The University's Campus Alert Text System, E2Campus, is used when a situation arises that affects the immediate safety of the campus community or if severe weather conditions exist. The system sends a text message to all subscribers and simultaneously sends an e-mail to their UNH e-mail account. The University strongly encourages students, faculty, staff and parents to sign up for this early warning Campus Alert Text System by clicking here. To view a vicinity alert map for the main campus and Forest Hills Apartments click here. To view a vicinity alert map for the Regency and Savin Court apartments and Saw Mill office/classroom complex click here . Depending on the particular circumstances of the crime, especially in all situations that could pose an immediate threat to the community and/or specific individuals or locations, the UNH Police Department may also post a notice in any or all campus buildings. Anyone with information warranting a timely warning should report the circumstances to the UNH Police Department, by phone at 932-7070 or in person at the UNH Police Department in the lower level of the Campus Store building.

Crime log

The UNH Police Department maintains a daily crime log that is open to public inspection. The log includes all crimes reported to the UNH Police, not just Clery Act crimes.
