About 150 students attended the Indian Student Council’s (ISC) annual Diwali celebration November 14. Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights symbolizing the triumph of good over evil, is one of the most important holidays celebrated in India. The ISC’s celebration at the German Club included a buffet dinner, a student talent show featuring the latest in Bollywood dance, and an open floor dance party that had participants from throughout the globe dancing to the rhythms.
