WNHU Improves Student Programming President Kaplan cut the ceremonial ribbon September 8 in the Bixler/Botwinik Quad to celebrate the return of student broadcasting to WNHU-FM 88.7, the official radio station of the University of New Haven. Said Professor Steve Raucher, chairman of the UNH Department of Communication, Film and Theatre, “This is an exciting time, because it means that our students will once again have the opportunity to experience professional broadcasting while still providing the community with a mix of ethnic and alternative programming."

		President Kaplan cuts the ribbon celebrating changes to WNHU-FM 88.7 as station manager Bryan Lane djs the event.
