University Announces Spring Bartels Fellow David Scheer, president of Scheer & Co. Inc., a venture capital firm that works exclusively in the life sciences, is this Spring’s Bartels Fellow. He will speak as part of the Bartels Lecture on Tuesday, April 14 at 11:00 a.m. in Dodds Theatre. Click here to read a biography of Mr. Scheer.

LEND A HELPING HAND

Spring Clean Up for the Green
Last year, students volunteered their time to clean up the West Haven Green and plant flowers in the center of town. This year the same cleanup is planned for Saturday, April 11 and Saturday, April 18. If you are interested in lending a hand, e-mail gail_burns@cityofwesthaven.com.

Beach Cleanup
Help clean up the beach at Sandy Point from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 28. Contact communityservice@newhaven.edu for details.
