Westside Hall

Located in the southwest corner of the University of New Haven’s main campus near Celentano Hall and Kayo Field our 90,000 square-foot residence hall, opened in the fall of 2014, creates a dynamic hub of activity on campus.

The top three stories of the building are residential units and the ground floor provides amenities to the University at large as well. A 250-280 seat dining room, common lounge spaces, office space for the University of New Haven personnel, and 2,300 square feet of classroom space with brand new technology are open to everyone.

Talks About Living in Westside Hall

“I couldn’t have chosen to live in a better residence hall this year. Having two huge lounges and multiple common rooms on every floor has allowed me to meet new people and hang out with friends.

There are also many study rooms where I can quietly work. I like the size of my room and the ease of sharing a bathroom with only one other person. Westside Hall also houses a dining hall on the first floor, so I don’t have to leave the building to get something to eat.”
