Pierre Morton serves as the Assistant Director, Employer Relations for the Career Development Center responsible for establishing and maintaining employer relationships leading to experiential and employment opportunities for undergraduate/graduate students and alumni. Prior to joining the CDC team, Pierre worked as the Manager of Customer Services at the University of Bridgeport training and developing all levels of staff. Pierre worked as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Administration at Yale University after various positions of increasing responsibility at the Yale Health Center as an Ambassador Coordinator, Sr. Administrative Assistant, to Call Center Manager. Pierre graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Albertus Magnus College and with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Haven.
