- A great way to support your resume and academic transcript when applying for jobs and Graduate programs.
How to Request a Transcript:
- Fill out a Co-Curricular Transcript Request Form.
- Forms available in the Office of Student Activities, Career Services, Undergraduate Registrar and the link below.
- Forms available in the Office of Student Activities, Career Services, Undergraduate Registrar and the link below.
- Drop off your Completed Request Form to the Office of Student Activities.
- Please allow five (5) Business Days for Processing.
Please note: For your Academic Transcript you will need to contact the Registrar's Office at 932-7301.
