To start the application process to reserve you apartment home, the following items are required:
- Completed application for each student occupant (to perform a credit/criminal background check)
- If required, completed application for each co-signor/guarantor (to perform a credit check)
- Copy of each applicant's valid photo identification (students and co-signors/guarantors)
- Verification of income or assets
- Signed copy of our resident selection criteria for each applicant (students and co-signors/guarantors)
- Holding fee of $150.00 per apartment- this will reserve your apartment home
- Application fee of $50 per student/co-signor combination will be waived
