Ruden St 19 and Ruden St 21 offer substance free housing. CHOICE LIVING (Celebrating healthy options in a college environment) is designed to accommodate students who desire an environment free of distractions from alcohol, drugs and tobacco and for students choosing a healthy lifestyle which they abstain from these distractions.

24 Hour Quiet Living: Ruden St. 15 will be open to those students requesting a 24 hour quiet atmosphere. All apartments on Ruden Street have a living room furnished with a sofa and a kitchen with a table, chairs, refrigerator and a stove top. Ruden 15 houses 5 students per apartment with one double and one triple room. Ruden Street 19 houses 5 students per apartment with one double and one triple, while Ruden Street 21 houses 3 students per apartment houses 3 students with a single room.
