Regency 200 Elm Street

The Regency Apartments are home to approximately 100 UNH students. Each apartment is fully furnished. The living room has a couch, 2 chairs and a coffee table. The dining room is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, while each bedroom has a bed, desk, desk chair and 3 drawer dresser per student. There are built in closets in the bedroom. All apartments have direct and wirless internet access. Basic local phone usage and basic cable service is covered by the University. The apartments have wall to wall carpeting and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher. 

Shuttle bus service is provided to campus from early morning to late at night.

There are 2 Office of Residential Life staff members living at the Regency Apartments to facilitate programs and take care of student's concerns.
