Regency 200 Elm Street

The Regency Apartments are home to approximately 50 UNH students. Each apartment is fully furnished. The living room has a couch, 2 chairs and a coffee table. The dining room is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, while each bedroom has a bed, desk, desk chair and 3 drawer dresser. There are built in closets in the bedroom. All apartments have internet access. Basic local phone usage is covered by the University. The apartments have wall to wall carpeting and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher. 

Shuttle bus service is provided to campus from early morning to late at night.

There are 2 Office of Residential Life staff members living at the Regency Apartments to facilitate programs and take care of student's concerns.
