Training Objectives
To understand the presence and experiences of GLBTQ students, faculty, and staff on campus and in our greater community
To understand how environment shapes our values and how we view/perceive others
To obtain an understanding of homosexual identity development, reflect on this knowledge and learn how to apply it as an ally
To obtain knowledge of local, state, and national resources for GLBTQ community members
To identify the responsibility of being an ally for students and understand the responsibility of other appropriate resources
To obtain knowledge of resources to deal with potential students in crisis
