Diversity Peer Educators

Part of the University of New Haven’s mission is to “prepare...students to lead purposeful and fulfilling lives in a global society”. The Diversity Peer Educators aim to support this mission by providing opportunities for UNH students to interact with one another in a way which helps them to learn about and appreciate each others’ similarities and differences.

The Diversity Peer Educators will work with the Offices of Residential Life and Intercultural Relations to develop and facilitate diversity programs in the UNH community.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Diversity Peer Educators is to generate a comfortable climate where students can accept themselves while discovering similarities and embracing differences within the community.
