Health Insurance

Health insurance offered through the university is required of all full-time students. However, this is a secondary plan to any insurance coverage of primary parent/guardian insurance. Students should visit Health Services to obtain their university insurance card. Part-time students may also purchase the student insurance by visiting Health Services and completing an enrollment form.

Student insurance claims will not be handled during doctors hours.  Student insurance cards will not be given during that time either.

Student insurance is offered, but not required for graduate education students. If interested contact or visit Health Services to complete an enrollment form.

Health Services recommends that students with primary parent/guardian insurance keep a copy of their insurance card with them throughout the school year.
