A student reports that while walking north on Campbell Ave. in the vicinity of Spring St. at approx. 7 PM on Monday, 3-17-08, a vehicle pulled up to next to her and the operator of the vehicle was masturbating.

The suspect is described as a W/M, late 30s, blue eyes and wearing glasses.  The suspect vehicle is described as a burgundy Pontiac bearing partial CT registration UYB.
