Russian Delegates Join Dialogue on American/Russian Law at UNH on Oct 24

West Haven, Conn., October 5, 2007 – Connecticut Superior Court Judge Jonathan Silbert and three legal experts from Pskov, Russia will discuss the American and Russian systems of law at the University of New Haven (UNH). The discussion is part of the Russian-American Rule of Law Consortium, a partnership developed to increase understanding between the two countries and support Russia's efforts to strengthen democratic reforms.
