University of New Haven Theatre Offers New England Premiere of columbinus West Haven, Conn., August 28, 2007The University of New Haven Theatre Program presents the New England premiere of columbinus, a play sparked by the April 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado. Noted by “Washington Post” reviewer Peter Marks as offering “invaluable insight into the primitive psychological warfare that goes on in high school hallways and cafeterias...“columbinus was written by Stephen Karam and PJ Paparelli, with dramaturgy by Patricia Hersch, and conceived and directed by PJ Paparelli. columbinus probes the psychological warfare of alienation, hostility, and social pressure that goes on in high schools across America. November 7, 8, 9 and 10 at 8 p.m. and November 11 at 5 p.m. in Dodds Theatre on the UNH main campus. Admission is free for all UNH students, faculty, and staff.
