Submit Final Transcripts and Required Documentation

If you were admitted conditionally to the Graduate School, you need to submit your final, official transcript to the Graduate Admissions Office prior to the start of classes. This transcript will need to show that you completed the requirements for your bachelor's degree and were conferred a degree from your undergraduate institution.

Please have your prior institution's Registrar send your final transcript to:

What do I need to do to complete Step 6?
  • If you have already submitted your final, official transcript from your undergraduate institution, you may skip this step.
  • If you have not submitted your final, official transcript from your undergraduate institution, please follow the instructions listed above to make that request to your undergraduate institution.  
  • Once you have initiated the request to your undergraduate institution, click the sign below to continue to Step 7.
