
Hundreds of admirers turned out to cheer world-renowned forensic scientist Dr. Henry C. Lee and a host of dignitaries as they dedicated the new Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science building at the University of New Haven on Friday, October 15. UNH President Steven H. Kaplan, Dr. Lee, Congresswoman Rosa L. DeLauro, Lt. Governor Michael Fedele and other luminaries spoke during the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the official opening of the new state-of-the-art forensic teaching, research and training facility. Attendees took tours of the new building, which boasts some of the most advanced forensic and crime scene technologies in the country.
