Mike Clark, member of UNH's criminal justice faculty and a former FBI agent, filed one of several FEC complaints against former CT governor and current daytime radio host John Rowland. The complaint alleges Rowland received hidden financial support from one of the 2012 candidates for the state's 5th Congressional seat, Republican Lisa Wilson Foley, and did not disclose it on the air as he attacked her primary opponent.  Clark, among others, had vied for the GOP congressional nomination in 2012 along with other candidates.
