Hartford Courant, January 21, 2013: UNH associate professor and former police chief John DeCarlo has been assisting Hartford law enforcement by conducting research for Project Longevity, a program that aims to reduce violent crime. The program was first launched in New Haven in November 2012 and is expected to be implemented across Connecticut's larger cities.
